3 25% Advance Deposit & Payment Milestones

To maintain strict scheduling and reserve technical developers, all projects are governed by our standard milestone payment framework:

25% Advance Deposit Rule
Deposit Required

Before starting any work on a project, the client must pay an advance deposit of 25% of the total project quotation.

This 25% deposit is strictly non-refundable once project work has commenced (including architecture design, UX wireframing, code scaffolding, or resource allocation).

The remaining 75% final payment balance is due upon project completion and staging review, prior to official project handover and production server deployment.

4 Revision Policy & Mandatory Pre-Approval Window

We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. To ensure orderly project governance:

Revisions Must Be Completed Before Approval
Milestone Requirement
  • Staging Review Phase: During staging, the client is invited to review all website pages, forms, responsive displays, and functionalities.
  • Revision Scope: All feedback, styling tweaks, minor layout adjustments, and bug fixes must be submitted and resolved prior to issuing final project approval.
  • Post-Approval Modifications: New feature requests, scope changes, or design overhauls requested after final approval and handover are billed as new project milestones or under maintenance retainer agreements.

5 Project Approval, 100% Payment & Handover

When development reaches completion and all pre-approval revisions are resolved:

  • The client provides formal written or digital approval of the project.
  • The client completes 100% total payment settlement.
  • SiteJupiter carries out the complete project handover, transferring full source code, database files, hosting credentials, and administrator accounts.
Zero Refund Applicable Post-Handover
Final Handover

Once the project has been approved, 100% total payment has been settled, and project source code/credentials have been handed over to the client, NO REFUND IS APPLICABLE under any circumstances. Full intellectual property ownership of the custom codebase is assigned to the client upon receipt of 100% payment.

6 Developer Resource Unavailability & 7-Day Refund

If SiteJupiter or our developer team is unable to work on, initiate, or execute a project due to internal resource unavailability or staffing limitations on our part, we guarantee a 100% full refund of all amounts paid by the client.

Such refunds will be processed and returned to the client's bank account or original payment method within 7 business days, accompanied by an official cancellation notification.

7 Client Obligations & Content

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary brand assets, text copy, images, and API credentials in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all materials provided do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
  • Participate promptly in review milestones to prevent project timeline delays.

8 Limitation of Liability

SiteJupiter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, domain expiry caused by client oversight, payment gateway outages, or unauthorized third-party access post-handover. In all circumstances, SiteJupiter's total liability is strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
