My Account Refund Policy for SiteJupiter
Hi, we’re SiteJupiter’s Team and welcome to our Store’s Refund Policy. Our store has 1 month refund period with some conditions. This refund policy applies to all customers and store owners.
The products that SiteJupiter sells in this Store are digital goods and cannot be “returned“, so your entitlement to a refund is designed with this in mind. Of course, in addition to these rules, each country has its own laws surrounding refunds, and these local laws are not excluded if they apply to you.
- Before you ask for a refund
If you have purchased an item from our store and you are experiencing a technical issue with the item we recommend that you contact us about that item and seek assistance. Often we’ll be able to help to troubleshoot your problem.
- Items that have not been downloaded
If you have not downloaded a purchased item within 1 month from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. We’ll verify your claim that you have not downloaded an item. Although we think 1 month is a reasonable time, depending on where you are located, you might have a longer period to claim a refund if you have purchased for personal use and haven’t downloaded the item.
- Server related issue
If your server has an issue or your server does not meet the script’s server requirements then we will not accept your refund request.
- License key have not been created
If you have not created a license key (purchase code) within 1 month from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. We’ll verify your claim that you have not created a license key (purchase code). Although we think 1 month is a reasonable time, depending on where you are located, you might have a longer period to claim a refund if you have purchased for personal use and haven’t created the license key (purchase code).
- Refund amount
If you are eligible for a refund, we will deduct 5% from the amount you paid to cover the payment gateway fee. The remaining amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
SiteJupiter reserves the right to modify our Refund Policy from time to time without giving out any prior notice to the customers. So, make sure that you are well aware of the changes.
